Instruct UI Product Update: What's New in February 2026

Here's what's new in Instruct UI — the AI-powered tool purpose-built for generating production-ready Blazor UI — since our last update in December 2025.

Syncfusion Blazor Support

This is a big one. Instruct UI now supports Syncfusion Blazor components — giving you access to Syncfusion's extensive suite of enterprise-grade UI components directly through AI generation. Whether you're building data grids, charts, schedulers, or complex form layouts, you can now generate them with Syncfusion alongside MudBlazor, Default Blazor, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap. Choose the library that fits your project.

Real-Time Response Quality Detection

AI generation isn't perfect — so we built a system to catch problems as they happen. We've added real-time quality inspection that detects issues during generation and nudges the AI to fix them immediately. Two detections are live today:

  • Destructive edit detection — asks AI to verify again when a generation removed or overwrote significant portions of existing code without explanation.
  • Response cutoff detection — detects when the AI output was cut off before completing the task.

This means fewer broken outputs and less back-and-forth to get the result you need.

Developer Experience Improvements

Two updates that give you more control over generated code:

  • Manual Code Editing — You can now edit generated code directly in the browser. No need to ask the AI when you simply want to change some text in the code.
  • View Code Changes — After each AI generation, you can now view a diff showing exactly what changed. This makes it easy to review and understand AI modifications.

Team Features: Custom User Instructions

Previously, custom instructions were only available at the account level. Now in the team plan, each user can set their own instructions that persist across conversations and guide how the AI generates code — so every developer on your team gets output tailored to their workflow.

Under the Hood

  • Improved Documentation Search — We've upgraded how the AI searches for Syncfusion and MudBlazor documentation and examples, using our BM25-based open-source Infidex search library for more relevant results during generation.
  • AI Quality Improvements — Ongoing prompt improvements based on user feedback and reported issues — including better handling of complex layouts and more consistent code structure across generations.

Plan & Platform Updates

  • User Guide — An in-app guide is now available to help you get started and learn the platform.
  • Free Trial — Limited to 30 days, with banners to notify you before your trial expires.
  • Credit Rollover — Paid plan credits now roll over for up to 3 months, so your unused credits don't go to waste.

What's Coming

  • Download as Complete Project — Currently, generation doesn't include project files like Program.cs, App.razor, etc. With this functionality, you can download the generated code as a ready-to-run Blazor project — just open and run, no additional setup needed. Supports all Blazor project types including Blazor Standalone WASM, Blazor Server, and Blazor Auto.
  • Fluent UI Support — Coming soon. We have streamlined our data extraction and transformation process, so more library support will follow faster.
  • Telerik Blazor — On our radar. Stay tuned for updates.
