Engineering help for .NET, TypeScript and AI teams
I'm Bharath Mohan. Instruct UI is ASP.NET Core and Blazor. Antgrid is TypeScript on Bun with a Flutter client. I take on a small number of client engagements alongside them, on the same stacks.
What I take on
Six kinds of work, all of it in stacks I use every day. I also take whole builds, requirements through to production.
.NET and Blazor engineering
Feature work and stabilization in ASP.NET Core, Blazor and C#. I write Instruct UI in ASP.NET Core and Blazor every day, and it generates runnable Blazor and Angular components for other teams. I started on the Microsoft web stack building OLAP components at Syncfusion in 2009.
TypeScript, Node and React
On Node I built the payment path of a Next.js donation platform that clears roughly $3,000 a day, partnered with Infin8 Software, and a React 19 desktop app on Electron over local SQLite. Antgrid’s bridge, relay and licensing service are TypeScript on Bun, with Hono, Prisma and Postgres.
AI and LLM integration
RAG, prompt engineering and agent tooling inside real applications. I built the custom RAG and prompting layer behind Instruct UI on Microsoft Agent Framework. Antgrid drives Claude Code through Anthropic’s agent SDK and Codex over its app-server JSON-RPC protocol, behind one pluggable driver interface.
Architecture and API design
System architecture, API surface, deployment strategy and CI/CD. I architected BoldSign, Syncfusion’s e-signature SaaS, ran the platform API and SSO product at Icertis, and designed Antgrid’s end-to-end encrypted protocol over a relay that cannot read a byte of it.
Deployment and infrastructure
Infrastructure as code, container rollouts and zero-downtime releases. Antgrid runs on OpenTofu-provisioned Azure with managed Postgres, images from GHCR, and blue-green deploys behind Caddy with automatic TLS. I did 100% of the hosting for both products.
Payments, licensing and auth
Subscription billing and the access state that hangs off it. Antgrid activates devices through an OAuth device flow, mints Ed25519-signed tokens the relay verifies, enforces per-device limits with revocation, and bills through Paddle and Razorpay.
Not a fit: training models, or anything web3. I use LLM APIs and build RAG and agents on top of them.

Online donations and darshan slot booking for a Chennai temple trust with no technical staff. Infin8 Software had the contract and I was partnered with them, brought in to own the money path inside their build: Razorpay integration, HMAC-verified webhooks, receipt generation, daily reports, and Excel and PDF exports. It clears roughly $3,000 a day and is still running.
AI code generator that turns plain language and screenshots into runnable Blazor and Angular components. Live with paying customers, listed on Microsoft Marketplace under the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. I wrote the async streams, System.Threading.Channels queueing and Polly retry policies that keep generation resilient against an unreliable upstream API.
Mission control for AI coding agents, in active beta. A Bun bridge on your machine owns the agents and their terminals, a relay routes traffic it cannot decrypt, and a Flutter client on desktop or phone steers the whole thing. End to end encrypted with X25519 and AES-256-GCM. Self-updating desktop apps for macOS, Windows and Linux, with the macOS build signed and notarized in CI.
Syncfusion’s e-signature SaaS. I owned the software architecture, API design, deployment strategy and CI/CD definition, plus requirements, wireframes and go-to-market, and drove it from conception to sales. I led it through product and engineering managers.
Twelve years at a commercial component vendor, the first six hands-on. I built OLAP Grid, OLAP Client and MDX query engine features in ASP.NET WebForms and MVC against SSAS, then led the DataGrid web team: specs, code reviews, mentoring, and introducing TDD. I migrated Syncfusion’s demo applications from WebForms to MVC, and deployed and configured IIS for every demo site.

How engagements work
- Up to 20 hours a week
- The rest of my week belongs to Instruct UI and Antgrid. A smaller commitment I actually keep beats a larger one I do not.
- You talk to me
- No account manager, no handoff to somebody junior. The person scoping the work is the person writing the code.
- Hourly or fixed price
- Hourly when the work is open-ended. Fixed price when the scope is tight enough to write down.
- Remote, from Sivakasi, India
- Radha AI Products is a registered proprietorship and invoices with GST. Contracts and NDAs are fine.
