Instruct UI: MudBlazor support

We are excited to announce that Instruct UI now supports generating UIs using MudBlazor. This is currently released in preview mode and supports all existing features of Instruct UI.

• Easy UI Creation: You can describe the UI you want in plain text or upload a screenshot, and the tool will generate the code for it.
• Components: Supports all MudBlazor components like MudChart, MudDataGrid, and MudTable etc.
• Styling: For styling and layout it will use MudBlazor built-in components or CSS utlities based on the needs.
